Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff (40+ employees and subcontractors).
• Generate and review daily production reports and payroll.
• Ensure production metrics are met and improved; establish workflow policies.
• Coordinate with IT and PS consultants to deliver OpenText DCS engagements.
• Troubleshoot scanning hardware and software issues and escalate as needed.
