Navarre Automotive in Lake Charles, LA, is seeking a diligent Document Scan Clerk to digitize important records and support efficient office operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and reliability in handling sensitive documents.

You will operate high-volume scanners, prepare and index documents, and perform quality checks to ensure legible, complete images. Prior scanning or data entry experience is a plus, with a Monday–Friday schedule in a friendly automotive group.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous document scanning or data entry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with office equipment, especially scanners and computers, is desirable.

Mansioni

• Operate high-volume document scanners accurately.
• Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, and ensuring proper orientation.
• Index and organize scanned documents according to established procedures.
• Perform quality control checks on scanned images to ensure legibility and completeness.
• Troubleshoot minor scanner issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and scanning area.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
