LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Office Scanner in Michigan to join a family-focused team. You will digitize documents, maintain records, and ensure data accuracy while supporting daily operations in a collaborative dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and data entry ability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in scanning.
• Manual dexterity for handling documents and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Scan documents into electronic format and sort pages as needed.
• File paper documents into appropriate storage systems.
• Enter data into databases and maintain file records.
• Review documents for accuracy and readiness for filing.
• Maintain inventory of paper stocks used for scanning.
• Protect confidential information following procedures.
• Identify scanning errors and rescans if necessary.
• Perform scanner maintenance and cleaning.
• Keep work area clean at end of shift.
• Post gas slips and perform monthly gas reconciliations.
