Job summary

Responsibilities

• Train in Kodak Capture Software and scanners.
• Prepare documents by removing staples and repairs.
• Organize documents alpha-numerically in batches of up to 50.
• Scan and index documents with data such as names and IDs.
• Perform quality control of indexed work.
• Prepare confidential documents for shredding.
• Answer the business phone and take messages.
• Sign confidentiality agreement with Boston Public Schools.
