• Key in critical metadata and document identifiers using high-speed data entry, then release verified electronic files to client databases.
• Clean, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting on scanner hardware to keep digital conversion workflows running smoothly.

Join our team in Livermore as an Imaging ProductionSpecialist! Offering predictable hours, a clean and structured environment, and a direct path to permanent placement, this role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals with strong computer skills who thrive in document processing and digital archivism.

Schedule: 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM, Monday to Friday, includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks

What You’ll Do:

• Load prepped paper records into high-speed scanners in individual sheets or small batches, ensuring documents are returned to cartons in exact numerical/chronological order.
• Review digitized images on-screen to confirm page clarity, proper orientation, and completeness against physical originals.
• Key in critical metadata and document identifiers using high-speed data entry, then release verified electronic files to client databases.
• Clean, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting on scanner hardware to keep digital conversion workflows running smoothly.

Employment Terms: This position is a temporary/contract engagement through RightStone. Standard corporate health benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off are not provided during the contract duration.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong computer literacy with high-speed, accurate keystroke ability for continuous data input and file indexing.
• Sharp visual focus to spot missing pages, image blurs, or indexing errors during quality control checks.
• Comfortable with extended seated computer tasks and upper-body repetitive motions, along with occasional standing (up to 20% of shift) to feed scanning machinery and move record cartons.
• High dependability for early 5:00 AM starts, strong organizational habits, and the ability to work comfortably in a quiet, focused production environment.

Work Environment: This is a 100% onsite role inside a secure document imaging facility. The position is primarily seated with continuous keyboard, mouse, and monitor use, alongside rotational equipment operation.
