Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Document Review Specialist

Job Title: Document Review Specialist

Location: Shoreview MN

Duration: 6-Month Contract with possible extension

Hybrid (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)

As a Senior Business Execution Consultant, you will:

Review commercial banking documents.

Skills:

Legal/JD background.

The ideal candidate will have:

Extensive experience in document and contract review, with a focus on analyzing terminology for accuracy and suitability for online repositories.

Strong analytical skills to dissect complex contracts and understand their underlying structure.

Legal background that helps understand legal interdependencies and overall analysis, but not strictly required.

Experience in contract and document review, including those without a paralegal certification.

Familiarity with commercial banking documents (deals between businesses and entities) is preferred.

ADA experience is a plus.

Pay Range*: Between $25 - $35 per hour>

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
