TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Flex-PLM Software Engineer to support our Product Lifecycle Management technology platform. In this role, you will be a key decision-maker responsible for developing and implementing business product requirements into the solution. You will lead efforts to deliver new capabilities and optimize our Product Lifecycle Management process, serving as a subject matter expert working collaboratively with external technology partners and internal agile teams to deliver best-in-class solutions within the platform. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will provide technical expertise and ensure the delivery of top-notch solutions while maintaining Agile principles and methodologies.

This role involves:

1. Working closely with cross-functional teams to implement Product Lifecycle Management solutions (Flex-PLM) according to product specifications; knowledge of Flexconnect is a bonus.
2. Developing customizations and integrations to enhance the functionality of our PLM solution.
3. Collaborating with project managers and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Conducting system testing and validation to ensure quality and integrity.
5. Preparing technical documentation, including system designs, deployment plans, and user guides.
6. Staying updated with the latest product features and industry best practices.

This is a progressive role, filled at a level based on the candidate’s skills and experience.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of professional experience.
• Experience in technology systems administration, software development, or a related technical role.
• Knowledge of software development processes, backlog management, and requirements translation.
• Experience with collaboration, discovery, and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with JavaScript and .NET framework.
• Experience working with middleware solutions and data movements for interfaces between enterprise systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management applications.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (ADO, Jira, Trello).
• Deep understanding of data relationships for system-to-system performance and accuracy.
• Familiarity with application testing, debugging, and issue analysis.
• Strong technical skills, including data analysis with SQL.
• Leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
• Experience with legacy technology modernization is a plus.
• Proactive prioritization and expectation management skills.
• Curiosity and initiative.
• Customer-focused mentality.

This is a contract role, primarily remote, based in Kansas City, MO. The pay range is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, EAP, PTO, and more. The application deadline is June 6, 2025.
