Job summary

RRD Company in Columbus, OH is seeking a Document Production Associate for the 2nd shift. The onsite role focuses on document review, preparation, and creating complex files to support client brands.

You will generate spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and presentations while managing confidential material. The position requires at least two years in a legal production setting, advanced MS Excel and Office skills, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a legal document production environment preferred.
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel for large data processing.
• Advanced MS Office skills including formatting, TOC creation, and authorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and independently.
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit legal documents to client specifications using applicable software.
• Transcribe, scan, clean, and convert documents to/from various formats.
• Recover/restore corrupted document files when needed.
• Handle sensitive and confidential documents and information.
• Use document comparison software and redlining to correct documents.
• Produce spreadsheets, charts, graphs, tables, and presentations as requested.
• Prioritize work requests and negotiate deadlines with clients and team.
