Job summary

RRD is seeking a Document Production Supervisor in New York, NY to lead a small onsite team and serve as the primary client contact. This hands-on supervisor role emphasizes timely, high-quality document production, governance materials, and continuous improvement.

You will manage workflows, onboarding, training, and performance, while partnering with client and internal teams to optimize templates, tools, and service delivery, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy across outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ supervisory experience in relevant environments preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in document production or executive support preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills to produce and format complex documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day document production and secretariat support services.
• Act as primary onsite client contact and manage inquiries/escalations.
• Lead onboarding, training, and performance support for the onsite team.
