Qualifications

• Valid driverlicense preferred.
• Knowledge of scanner equipment and systems.
• Demonstrated reliability with attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to adapt to changing processes, priorities, and new equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective time management and productivity.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Imaging: scan, archive, and QC documents with attention to detail and within timeframes.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and resolve scanner and M-Sorter issues to minimize downtime.
• Use Marc cart to transport boxes to storage areas per retention and security rules.
• Maintain scanner and M-Sorter logs and related documentation.
• Destruction of documents to meet customer requirements.
• Re-imaging of documents in QuickClaim.
• Retrieve mail from post office; unload mail from company vehicle.
• Ensure HiTRUST compliance and support one-client-at-a-time workflow.
