Smart Data Solutions, LLC is seeking a Document Operations Technician I for our Tempe, AZ mailroom. The role focuses on imaging, scanning, and quality control of documents while adhering to SLAs and client instructions.

You will operate and troubleshoot scanner equipment, manage logs, and assist with mail handling. This is a full-time position offering growth opportunities and a bi-weekly bonus structure in a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

• Imaging: scan, archive, and perform quality control on documents (paper and film).
• Troubleshoot and resolve common scanner or system issues to minimize downtime.
• Transport boxes/trays using Marc cart per retention and security rules.
• Maintain logs for scanner, M-Sorter, storage boxes, and checklists.
