Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives, examines, and prepares documents for reproduction and order of filming/scanning.
• Cleans and sets appropriate scanners for processing images and ensures image quality.
• Films or scans documents in proper sequence; proofs and verifies images for discrepancies.
• Attaches barcode sheets, updates logs, and processes confidential documents into a secure database.
• Performs routine maintenance and handles related responsibilities as required.
