Job summary

Kofile Inc. is seeking a Digital Imaging Technician to support our document imaging workflow. You will prepare documents for scanning, unfold and remove fasteners, and ensure pages are in order for high‑quality digital conversion.

Working in a production environment, you will assemble images that are 100% usable, maintain daily output goals, and use MS Office tools. GED or equivalent experience is acceptable; experience with imaging systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with document imaging and data entry (10-key) desired.
• MS Office experience is required.
• GED or equivalent education acceptable.
• Ability to sit and focus for hours at a time.
• Ability to meet daily production goals in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents to be scanned.
• Unfold, de-staple, remove fasteners.
• Keep documents in order with leading edge consistent for scanning.
• Make copies of items that cannot be scanned.
• Obtain images for use across operations.
• Adjust settings to ensure images are 100% usable.
