Job summary

ASRC Federal seeks an Imaging Technician to support the Case Processing Operation Center within the Defense and Intel Operating Group. The role focuses on identifying document types, ensuring accuracy, and preparing materials for delivery to customers.

Responsibilities include scanning, calibration of imaging equipment, QA of electronic and hardcopy records, and strict confidentiality. On-site work at Iron Mountain, Boyers, PA with workload-driven hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Plan, organize and complete multiple assignments timely and efficiently.
• Basic computer/office literacy; familiarity with Microsoft Office or other compatible applications.
• Effectively communicate with team members both written and oral. Maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to interpret procedure manuals, email correspondence and instructions.
• Must have the ability to manage and complete work assignments independently or with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to work on-site and potentially extended hours based on workload.
• Must reside within 1 hours driving time of Boyers, PA.

Responsibilities

• Identify documents and document types and verify accuracy.
• Serialize cases/material in numerical order.
• Receive cases and material and forward to proper destinations using computer systems.
• Scan necessary documents and calibrate imaging/microfilm scanners.
• Provide quality assurance in examination of electronic and hardcopy documents.
• Work with computer software and microfilm equipment to ensure legibility of sensitive information.
• Retrieve investigative records from microfilm rolls as needed.
• Audit and examine printed/microfilmed material for accuracy and redaction needs.
• Support department and contract needs with other assignments when required.
