Job summary

Toyota Financial Savings Bank (TFSB) is seeking a Document Management Analyst to govern and support policy, procedure, and document lifecycle management across the bank. You’ll ensure compliance, perform QA, publish documents, and maintain control evidence for internal and regulatory reviews.

You’ll monitor KPIs, support audits, and collaborate with risk, compliance, and business units to improve processes while upholding Toyota standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 2+ years in technical writing and policy/procedure management.
• Experience independently managing policy and procedure libraries and approvals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Power BI.
• Excellent organizational, communication, documentation, and project management.
• Self-starter with ability to influence others and build relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Advanced degree and 5+ years in banking industry policy writing.
• Knowledge of banking products and operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and update the TFSB document library with metadata and version control.
• Perform quality control reviews of documents for formatting, completeness, and approvals.
• Support management and business units to resolve issues and ensure timely processes.
• Analyze processes to determine documentation requirements and create new documents.
• Track KPIs and assist in operational reporting for senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in documentation standards and controls.
• Maintain relationships with internal/external partners, risk, compliance, and audit teams.
