While TFS is a separate business entity, it is an essential part of this world-changing company — delivering on Toyota's vision to move people beyond what's possible. At TFS, you will help create best‑in‑class customer experience in an innovative, collaborative environment. Toyota does not offer support or sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for this role now or in the future. You should not apply for this role if you will require Toyota to assist with immigration support or sponsorship now or in the future.

Who we’re looking for

Reporting to the Operational Controls Manager, the Document Management Analyst is responsible for governing and supporting the development, revision, and management of all policies, standards, and procedures across Toyota Financial Savings Bank (TFSB). This position supports TFSB Operational Control management and executives to ensure that TFSB business units comply with established processes for document lifecycle management, including creation, revision, and approvals. This role is responsible for performing quality control of new/revised documents, publishing documents to and managing the TFSB library, and maintaining company level control evidence for all TFSB controlled documents. This role will regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPI’s) and support regulatory exams and audit inquiries related to Document Management. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a deep commitment to document control, compliance, and accuracy. They are highly organized, collaborative, and capable of maintaining documentation standards while supporting efficient business operations.

  • Quality Control: Perform quality control reviews of TFSB controlled documents to verify formatting, completeness, accuracy, versioning, required approvals, and adherence to documentation standards prior to uploading to the TFSB Document Library and periodically for active documents as a part of ongoing control testing.
  • Business Support: Provide support to TFSB Management and Business Units to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and support timely process execution.
  • Technical Writing: Analyze business processes to determine documentation requirements and write/create new documents to support TFSB Management and Business units as needed.

  • Maintain relationships with internal and external business partners, risk and compliance stakeholders, and audit teams to meet business needs.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and current compliance and risk issues facing the banking industry.
  • Serve as a champion of Operational Excellence within the bank.
  • Contributes to effective reporting and communication of department routines to achieve enterprise understanding of key issues and resolutions.
  • Support/Lead projects within TFSB Operations as needed.
