Job summary

The Arc of Alachua County in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Document Destruction Route Driver/DSP to provide route services to Gone4Ever customers while supporting Life Skills Development for clients with developmental disabilities. You will transport supplies, load and unload the vehicle, and ensure all cargo is securely stored.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year experience with developmentally disabled or related field; college credits substitute.
• Valid Florida driver's license with Qualified Driver status.
• Box truck driving experience preferred.
• Experience with route services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide route services to Gone4Ever customers on the Gainesville route.
• Transport and secure confidential documents.
• Load/unload delivery vehicle and perform pre- and post-trip checks.
• Maintain accuracy of client records and daily notes.
• Uphold safety and confidentiality standards.
