Job summary

VetJobs is seeking a Route Driver for an on-site, full-time role in Simi Valley, CA. You will be responsible for on-site and off-site document destruction, transporting materials, and maintaining secure, accurate records while following all safety and regulatory guidelines.

The position offers a 4x10 schedule with shifts Monday through Friday, starting early in the morning. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and 3 years of driving/route management experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of driving experience, preferably with box trucks and route management.
• Current, personal driver’s license with an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site/off-site document destruction as required.
• Operates equipment safely and checks vehicle before/after shifts.
• Maintains DOT logs when applicable and complies with laws.
• Secures cargo and ensures timely, accurate service to clients.
• Resolves customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
