Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus).
• Previous route driving, delivery, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy containers (up to 50–75 lbs regularly).
• Strong time management skills with the ability to complete routes independently.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and professionalism.
• Familiarity with the Pomona, CA area and surrounding regions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle to complete daily assigned routes in a safe and timely manner.
• Pick up and transport materials for secure document and media shredding services.
• Load and unload containers, consoles, and bins at customer locations.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive client relationships on route.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Accurately complete route logs, manifests, and chain-of-custody documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of assigned vehicle and equipment.
