Hargrove and Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced document control and administrative professional to manage electronic project files, support project teams, and respond to client requests. Training on Newforma will be provided, with a focus on accuracy and client compliance.
The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and strong communication skills to support project managers across multiple initiatives.
Generally responsible for document management for projects and personnel. This work will be performed under general supervision.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Document management of electronic files for distribution which may include converting between different software packages, printing, scanning and/or copying. This requires the use of the Newforma Project Center (training provided).
Researching files and records to locate appropriate documents as requested by other personnel.
Responding to client requests of all types.
Generating activity reports as required by the project managers.
Assisting the project managers with administrative tasks as necessary.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Advanced coursework is preferred.
This position requires 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in document control and administration.
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
