Job summary

ZAP Engineering's Lakewood office is seeking a hands-on Document Control Specialist to maintain project documents, manage transmittals, and support project teams and clients on daily basis.

You'll handle master drawing lists, document sharing sites, and vendor document control with QA/QC. Strong MS Office and database familiarity, plus 1+ year in control roles, are required.

This in-office, full-time role offers a team-oriented environment and opportunities across North America.

Qualifications

• Some college coursework is required.
• An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1+ years of document control experience is preferred.
• 1+ years of industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and MS Office skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manages transmittals and QA/QC of project documents and drawings.
• Maintains project master drawing lists and folders and updates job books.
• Maintains internal and client document sharing sites.
• Receives vendor/supplier transmittals and performs QA/QC of documents.
• Prepares submissions for routing and tracks document status reports.
• Supports related duties and assists project teams as needed.
