Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to exchange information accurately.
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; able to work with Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain BOMs, part numbers, and assembly numbers with attribute data.
• Manage document approval processes and ensure proper signatures.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to reflect departmental processes in electronic documentation systems.
• Perform periodic audits of document control systems (electronic and paper).
• Provide support for information requests and maintain data integrity.
