Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. in Texas is seeking a meticulous Document Control Specialist to manage documentation for external submissions to customers, third parties, and state agencies. You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely distribution of submittals and final packages per project requirements.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Coordinators across Houston and Conroe locations to gather and organize documents, maintain QA standards, and support certification processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of experience in document control, quality, or project coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document control systems.
• Familiarity with technical documentation such as spec sheets and engineering drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit final documentation packages (Data Books/Quality Data Packages/IOMs) including spec sheets, MTRs, inspection reports, change notices, AS BUILT drawings, and other materials per PO or project.
• Manage in-process submittals using templates and customer portals or document control systems.
• Coordinate and submit monthly reports to state agencies and third-party programs.
• Submit state approval packages after release from Engineering.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Coordinators across multiple locations to gather and organize documents.
• Ensure documentation practices align with Quality department standards.
