Job summary

Modular Power Solutions (MPS) in Houston, TX is seeking a detail‑driven Document Control Specialist to organize and distribute project documents. You will support the Construction Management Team by maintaining filing systems, preparing reports, and tracking RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Associate degree in Business Management or related discipline is required; 1 year of document control experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Management or related discipline.
• 1 year of document control experience preferred in construction environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle; strong communication and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Collect and maintain project documents; manage filing system and logs.
• Track RFIs, submittals, and change orders; prepare reports and presentations.
• Input daily project information into ERP systems; support all staff on a project.
