Job summary

First Point Group in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Document Control Technician for the Cheyenne Power Hub Project. You will register, track, review, distribute, and archive project documentation using ECMS and Oracle Aconex, while supporting QA audits and routine reporting.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of document control experience, hands-on CMS usage, and strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. This is a 12-month contract with potential conversion to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in document control or records management.
• Experience with commercial electronic document or content management systems.
• Experience within construction, engineering, or energy industries preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Register, track, review, distribute, maintain, and archive project documentation.
• Provide ECMS guidance and support to project team members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with client representatives and field personnel to support schedule and quality objectives.
• Assist with quality audits and client document reviews.
• Prepare routine correspondence, spreadsheets, and reports using MS Office.
• Distribute monthly status reports highlighting milestones and risks.
