Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Pay: $22-25/hr.

Location: On-site, 5 days/week in Woodinville, WA

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to support regulatory and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance. This role focuses on coordinating the verification, approval, and processing of document revisions while ensuring the timely and accurate management of document records, drawings, and specifications in accordance with defined procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, file, control, and archive all program-related documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Manage the ordering and secure handling of documentation throughout the lifecycle of the program.
  • Provide requested documentation to suppliers and maintain supplier evaluations and Terms and Conditions records.
  • Initiate and process Change Orders in response to daily Customer change notices.
  • Input, update, and maintain master drawing and documentation lists within the MRP system.
  • Archive manufacturing routings, purchase order receipts, and certifications.
  • Support and update BQMS documentation; assist owners/users with Adobe Acrobat and Visio flowcharting.
  • Securely dispose of or return documents at project closeout.
  • Contribute to system process training and occasionally support special projects as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Strong understanding of BQMS processes and document control principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and enterprise systems such as Syteline/ESI.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management; able to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across teams.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to team training efforts.

Required Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, document management, or a related administrative role
