Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. in Houston seeks a Manager, Document Control to lead the function, transform processes, and ensure meticulous project documentation.

You will oversee critical reports, update systems, and organize contracts and drawings, coordinating with Engineering, PM, Procurement, and Quality to support successful project execution. The role requires eight+ years in document control with staff leadership, and a background in oil & gas is preferred.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in document control with leadership experience.
• Three+ years of managing staff.
• Oil & gas industry exposure preferred.
• Experience managing remote teams across locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Document Control team with direction, workload planning, prioritization, and oversight.
• Maintain project document registers, standard forms, vendor records, and controlled documentation.
• Standardize and improve document control processes across projects and locations.
• Coordinate document flow with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Quality, and vendors.
• Develop KPIs, reporting, and governance to drive continuous improvement.
• Support HSE compliance and organizational expectations in documentation.
