Job summary

Kelvion is seeking a document control lead to manage a team of specialists responsible for controlling and archiving all project documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

You will review materials, support internal audits, maintain data books and dossiers, and collaborate with quality, engineering, and manufacturing to maintain document lifecycle integrity.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting are essential; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate, organized records and data books.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and approves document-related materials and reports.
• Maintains the lifecycle of controlled documents, including routing, review, approval, and archiving.
• Performs internal audits to ensure compliance with quality systems and supports external audits.
• Tracks non-conformities and supports CAPA activities.
• Supports preparation of Data Books and Dossiers as required.
