Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a seasoned Document Control Professional to support our project team.

You will coordinate and administer document management, track revisions, and manage life cycle of design documents, RFIs, and submittals, working with internal teams, clients, and external contacts. You’ll join a global leader with a hybrid work model, offering strong benefits and opportunities to advance your skills while delivering critical infrastructure and manufacturing projects

Qualifications

• 7+ years of document control experience across nuclear, engineering, architectural, and construction documents.
• Willing to work in the office 2-3 days a week.
• Experience with Aconex and SharePoint.
• Willing to travel within the US 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and maintain document control systems for the project.
• Review documents for accuracy and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Train project participants on document control systems.
• Handle data entry and maintain internal process documentation.
• Coordinate life cycle of design documents, RFIs, submittals, and revisions.
