Qualifications

• 7+ years of Document Control experience with nuclear, engineering, architectural, and construction documents.
• Must be willing to work in the office 2-3 days a week.
• Proven experience with Aconex, SharePoint, industry standard EDMS and MS Office.
• Willing to travel within the US 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage and maintain document control systems for all historical, incoming and outgoing documents in support of the project.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure contract requirements are met.
• Ensure documents meet standards for production.
• Subject matter expert for the document control systems implemented.
• Train project participants in practical application of systems.
• Handle general administrative responsibilities within the document control function.
