Qualifications

• 3+ years of document control, engineering administration, or project coordination experience.
• Experience managing engineering drawings, revisions, and technical documentation.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with document management systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through.
• Experience in electrical power distribution, industrial manufacturing, oil & gas, or energy industries is a strong plus!

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering drawings, revisions, and document control processes.
• Coordinate RFIs, vendor submittals, customer approvals, and technical documentation.
• Maintain accurate project registers, document logs, and tracking systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
• Identify documentation gaps, resolve discrepancies, and keep deliverables on schedule.
• Coordinate final project turnover packages, including As-Built drawings, O&M manuals, and testing documentation.
