Job summary

ComEd, part of Exelon, is seeking a Document Control professional to support the T&S Engineering team. You will manage the Document Management System, maintain standards, and lead process improvements for drawings, specifications, and regulatory compliance.

You will train staff, review documents, and provide technical guidance to engineering technicians, helping ensure accuracy and safety across projects. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a technical field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret electrical and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the Document Management System including drawings and specifications.
• Ensure procedures comply with regulations and train personnel.
• Develop processes for T&S Engineering Document Control.
• Provide technical assistance to engineering designers.
