Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in San Diego, CA seeks a Document Control Assistant II to manage documentation control, support configuration and data management within the Agile PLM system, and ensure regulatory and quality compliance for defense electronics design and manufacturing.

Onsite under the Drafting Manager, you will handle data integrity, BOM and engineering drawing reviews, and participate in governance of engineering change orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant configuration and data management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret government/industry standards and specifications.
• Strong data management and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain documentation control processes.
• Support data management workflows within Agile PLM.
• Coordinate meetings and provide inputs for metadata information.
• Maintain data integrity in the program data environment and records retention policies.
• Provide data management support to program management and engineering activities.
