Job summary

AV, a leader in defense technology, seeks a Configuration Management Analyst II in San Diego to support CM processes and PLM changes. You will create, review, and process release documentation and ECOs across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include reviewing PLM changes for accuracy, coordinating release activities, and ensuring proper documentation control while applying audits and corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Industry CM certification (CCDS, CMII, CMPIC) preferred.
• 3–5 years related experience or equivalent combo of education.
• Familiarity with ANSI-EIA-649 and PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Review PLM Changes (MCO, ECO, ECR, Deviation) for accuracy and release.
• Coordinate and track documentation for release with cross-functional teams.
• Read and interpret BOMs, product definitions, test and manufacturing data.
• Demonstrate understanding of CM processes and cross-functional roles.
• Train others on CM processes and maintain conformance with CM practices.
• Prioritize workload; follow routine instructions and adapt on new projects.
• Respond to audits and implement corrective actions with supervisor.
• Demonstrate teamwork and communication across disciplines.
