A federal support services provider is seeking a Collective Trainer - Sustainment to support programs at Camp Atterbury, IN. This role requires an active Secret Clearance, with responsibilities including mission command training and support for specialized military branches. Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• Previous senior Army leadership experience with training management background, preferably CTC experience.
• Experience as a Combat Arms, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support Officer at Battalion level or higher.
• Specialized functional areas include 04/MAJ, E8/MSG, CW2/Warrant Officer with battalion level experience.
• At least 6 years’ staff experience within the Warfighting Function or 8 years’ specialized MCTSP experience.

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Sustainment Collective Trainer to support our program at Camp Atterbury, IN.

Description

CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet complex enterprise needs in the defense and federal sectors for nearly 50 years. We deploy experienced teams, innovative tools, and proven processes across various operational environments. This position is contingent upon contract award.

How Role Will Make An Impact

• DTT SME in Sustainment
• Supports live and constructive Mission command training
• Maintains currency with doctrine published by TRADOC and ensures TUCs are provided with the latest training OPORDs and Scenarios
• Provides modular training support to low-density branches such as chemical, sustainment, aviation, engineers, fires, etc.
• Works with the TUC to manipulate OPORDs or scenarios for realistic training

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
• Previous senior Army leadership experience with training management background, preferably CTC experience
• Experience as a Combat Arms, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support Officer at Battalion level or higher
• Previous Battalion or higher commander preferred
• Specialized functional areas include 04/MAJ, E8/MSG, CW2/Warrant Officer with battalion level experience
• At least 6 years’ staff experience within the Warfighting Function or 8 years’ specialized MCTSP experience
• Recent experience with the ARNG training support system or similar
• 2+ years working with Warfighting Functional Area Army MCIS
