Client Solution Architects is seeking a Collective Trainer for Sustainment to support training at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA. This mid-senior level position requires an Active Secret Clearance and senior leadership experience in training management, with responsibilities including supporting live training and maintaining updated training scenarios. Qualifications

• Senior Army leadership experience with training management, preferably CTC experience.
• Experience as a Combat Arms, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support Officer at Battalion level or higher.
• Previous Battalion or higher command experience preferred.

• DTT SME in Sustainment.
• Supports live and constructive Mission command training.
• Maintains currency with doctrine published by TRADOC and ensures TUCs are provided the latest training OPORDs and Scenarios.
• Provides modular training support to low density branches such as chemical, sustainment, aviation, engineers, fires, etc.
• Works with TUC to adapt scenarios to meet unit needs and provide realistic training events.

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking a Sustainment Collective Trainer to support our program at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA.

We deploy experienced teams, innovative tools, and proven processes to advance federal missions. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Role Impact:

• DTT SME in Sustainment
• Supports live and constructive Mission command training
• Maintains currency with doctrine published by TRADOC and ensures TUCs are provided the latest training OPORDs and Scenarios
• Provides modular training support to low density branches such as chemical, sustainment, aviation, engineers, fires, etc.

Requirements:

• Active Secret Clearance
• Senior Army leadership experience with training management, preferably CTC experience
• Experience as a Combat Arms, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support Officer at Battalion level or higher
• Previous Battalion or higher command experience preferred
• Specialized functional experience (04/MAJ, E8/MSG, CW2/Warrant Officer) at battalion level
• At least 6 years’ staff experience within the Warfighting Function or 8 years’ specialized MCTSP experience
• Recent experience with ARNG training support system or similar
• 2+ years working with Warfighting Functional Area Army MCIS

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree
