The coordinator liaises with the Graduate School and helps develop policies while ensuring APA and university compliance.

Qualifications

Strong math skills and excellent written and oral communication are required.
Excellent organizational and managerial skills are essential for coordinating student services.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and database tools (Access) is needed.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and student-services support for the psychology doctoral programs.
Manage student hiring and advisement, tuition abatements, and applications.
Process progression and graduation clearance documents and alumni tracking.
Serve as a liaison between the department and the Graduate School.
Support development and administration of program policies and procedures.
Help ensure compliance with APA, University, and Graduate School requirements.
