Advertised Job Summary The Associate Graduate Student Coordinator provides administrative and student-services support for the Department of Psychology's doctoral programs. Under the supervision of the Graduate Student Coordinator, this position manages student hiring and advisement, tuition abatements, prospective student applications, progression and graduation clearance documents, and alumni tracking. The position serves as a liaison between the department and the Graduate School and supports the development and administration of program policies and procedures. This role helps ensure the doctoral programs remain in compliance with American Psychological Association, University, and Graduate School requirements.
