Job summary

Polsinelli PC is seeking an experienced Docket Specialist to support attorneys and legal teams across multiple offices. You will review court documents, interpret rules, calculate deadlines, and maintain accurate docket entries in CompuLaw.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of litigation docketing experience, strong California rule knowledge, and proficiency with CompuLaw. This is a full-time position in our Firm Docketing Department.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation docketing experience in a law firm or legal services environment.
• Strong working knowledge of California state and federal court rules, including the California Code of Civil Procedure.
• Experience using CompuLaw or a comparable rules-based docketing system.

Responsibilities

• Review pleadings, court orders, and notices to identify and calculate deadlines.
• Enter and maintain deadlines in the docketing system.
• Quality-control docket entries for accuracy and compliance.
