Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years’ experience in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• RF Scanners.
• WMS functions.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends if required.
• Must adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise labor management and planning of inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication activities daily
• Conduct staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities
• Keep senior management and client representatives informed of critical issues
• Manage operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide hiring and training programs for team members
• Assist in evaluating and promoting team members
• Plan daily work schedules and assign duties to warehouse staff
• Conduct regular meetings to assess group status and discuss improvements
• Support adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
