Fontainebleau Las Vegas seeks a Dockmaster to manage the daily flow of inbound and outbound freight at the loading docks. You will be the central contact for carriers, drivers, and partners, ensuring scheduling, staging, and processing align with safety standards and company policies.

You will collaborate with Catering, Events, Facilities, and Warehouse teams to keep shipments on time, maintain dock records, and drive continuous improvements in dock utilization and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, shipping, receiving, or transportation.
• Experience coordinating dock operations or freight movement preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and OSHA regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage daily dock activities, including inbound and outbound freight scheduling.
• Serve as primary contact for carriers, drivers, and transportation partners.
• Ensure dock reservations and trailer movement to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor deliveries and shipments to adhere to schedules.
• Maintain dock documentation and records per company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve dock utilization and service levels.
