Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas, LLC is seeking a Dockmaster to coordinate and manage the daily flow of inbound and outbound freight at the warehouse loading docks. You will serve as the central point of contact for dock operations, ensuring trailers, deliveries, and shipments are scheduled, staged, and processed efficiently to support safe and timely movement of goods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Three or more years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, shipping, receiving, or transportation experience.
• Experience coordinating dock operations, carrier scheduling, or freight movement preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and transportation processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse personnel, drivers, vendors, and leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and OSHA regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily dock activities, including inbound and outbound freight scheduling.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers, drivers, and transportation partners.
• Ensure dock reservations via SuperSaas and coordinate trailer movement with Security to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor inbound deliveries and outbound shipments to ensure schedules are met.
• Collaborate with Catering & Events, Entertainment, Facilities, and Warehouse teams for timely loading and shipment activities.
• Maintain accurate records using warehouse management and transportation systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve dock utilization, workflow efficiency, and service levels.
