Wolter, Inc. in southeastern Wisconsin is seeking a dynamic Dock and Door Sales Specialist to build relationships with commercial and industrial customers, identify new opportunities, and promote dock equipment, doors, and related services.

You will conduct site visits, prepare quotes, maintain CRM records, and stay current on product specs and safety considerations while traveling throughout the territory. A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Sales or Marketing, or the equivalent of at least four years of experience in selling dock & door equipment, or related industry.
• Ability to read and understand product specifications, measurements, drawings, and proposals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or sales-management software.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective commercial and industrial customers.
• Identify, pursue, and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, cold calling, site visits, and other business-development activities.
• Promote and sell dock equipment, loading dock systems, industrial doors, high-speed doors, vehicle restraints, dock levelers, seals/shelters, bumpers, safety products, and related equipment and services.
