Job summary

RealCold is building the next generation of cold chain logistics, and our people are at the center of everything we do. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Dock Clerk to join our team in a temperature-controlled warehouse.

You will prepare shipping documents, schedule carrier appointments, maintain inventory records, and communicate with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure shipments are handled safely, accurately, and on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year clerical experience required.
• Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to type 50+ WPM.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
