RealCold is seeking a dependable Dock Clerk to help keep our temperature-controlled warehouse operations running smoothly in Polk City, FL. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare shipping documents, schedule carrier appointments, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of clerical experience, familiarity with shipping/logistics, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience required.
• Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to type 50+ WPM.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Dependable, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
