Job summary

RealCold is seeking a dependable Dock Clerk to support inbound and outbound shipments in a temperature-controlled warehouse. You will prepare documents, schedule carriers, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure on-time, safe deliveries.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of clerical experience, and proficiency with MS Office. A background in shipping or logistics and familiarity with WMS are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of clerical experience is required.
• Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience with WMS and basic MS Office is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments in a temperature-controlled warehouse.
• Prepare shipping documents and schedule carrier appointments.
• Maintain inventory records and communicate with drivers and warehouse teams.
• Ensure shipments are handled safely, accurately, and on time.
