Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of clerical experience required.
• Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to type 50+ WPM.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Dependable, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments in a temperature-controlled facility.
• Prepare shipping documents, schedule carrier appointments, maintain inventory records.
• Communicate with drivers and warehouse teams; ensure shipments are handled safely, accurately, and on time.
