Job summary

RealCold in New Jersey is seeking a Dock Clerk to keep our warehouse operations running smoothly. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare shipping documents, schedule carrier appointments, and maintain inventory records in a temperature-controlled facility.

This role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of clerical or logistics experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of clerical or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing 50+ WPM required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents and schedule carrier appointments.
• Maintain inventory records and communicate with drivers and warehouse teams.
• Ensure shipments are handled safely, accurately and on time.
