Job summary

RealCold is seeking a Dock Clerk to help run our temperature-controlled warehouse. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare shipping documents, and liaise with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.

A High school diploma or GED is required, along with at least one year of clerical experience and familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Office. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience required.
• Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing 50+ WPM.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities
