Responsibilities

• Issue license plates, permits, registrations, certificates, etc.
• Receive, research and respond to questions or complaints; provide information and resolve when possible.
• Process transactions at a Point of Sale system, give correct change and close cash drawer.
• Assist the public with forms, applications and paperwork.
• Examine documents to verify information across documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Communicate information clearly in writing and verbally.
• Perform physical inspection of vehicles to verify VIN.
